A traditional Spanish celebration of Spring. Join us to celebrate the season and the bounty of food it provides us through the summer and into the fall. The gastronomical gathering in the region of Valls in Catalonia celebrates the harvest of calçots and the growth of Spring. In it's honor, we will be wood roasting spring onions, sausage, lamb and dipping them into earthy romesco sauce while and easing our minds with porrons of free flowing Rosé. Grab a group of friends and celebrate spring, community and tradition.
Tickets are 50 dollars and include food, all you can drink wine, tax and gratuity. Seating is communal. If you are a group of more than two, buy tickets in blocks, or email us and let us know everyone in your parties names in order for us to be prepared.
